Funding Disclosure Policy

The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (IJMR) promotes transparency and integrity in scholarly publishing by requiring authors to disclose all sources of financial support related to their research.

1. Author Funding Disclosure

Authors must disclose:

  • All sources of financial support received for the research.
  • Grants, sponsorships, institutional support, or other financial assistance.
  • The role of funding organizations in the research design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and manuscript preparation.

If no external funding was received, authors should clearly state:

"This research received no external funding."

2. Funding Statement in Manuscripts

Authors are required to include a funding statement in their manuscript before publication. The statement should provide:

  • Name of the funding organization.
  • Grant number (if applicable).
  • Description of the funder's role in the research.

3. Editorial Independence

IJMR maintains full editorial independence. Funding sources do not influence:

  • Peer review decisions.
  • Editorial decisions.
  • Acceptance or rejection of manuscripts.
  • Publication outcomes.

All manuscripts are evaluated based on academic quality, originality, ethical standards, and relevance to the journal scope.

4. Undisclosed Funding

Failure to disclose relevant funding information may be considered a breach of publication ethics. If undisclosed funding is identified after publication, the journal may investigate and take appropriate action, including publishing a correction notice.

5. Transparency and Ethical Standards

IJMR follows international standards of responsible research reporting and encourages authors to provide complete and accurate funding information to maintain transparency in scholarly communication.

6. Funding and Conflict of Interest Relationship

Authors should disclose any relationship between funding sources and potential conflicts of interest. Funding information is considered together with the journal’s Conflict of Interest Policy to ensure transparency and maintain trust in the research process.
