Funding and Author Fee Details

The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (IJMR) follows a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) policy to support open access publishing and maintain the quality of editorial and publication services.

1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Authors are required to pay the APC only after acceptance of their manuscript following successful peer review.

  • PKR 16,000 / USD 65

The APC covers:

  • Editorial processing and manuscript management
  • Double-blind peer review administration
  • Plagiarism and similarity checking
  • Copyediting and formatting
  • DOI registration
  • Online publication and digital preservation

2. Submission Fee

IJMR does not charge any submission fee.

Authors can submit manuscripts through the online submission system free of cost.

3. Additional Charges

Optional printed copies may be requested by authors:

  • Print Copy Charges: PKR 2,500 / USD 12 per copy

No additional mandatory charges are applied beyond the stated APC.

4. Waiver and Discount Policy

IJMR provides APC waivers or discounts in exceptional cases, including:

  • Authors facing financial limitations.
  • Researchers from low-resource regions.
  • Special academic collaborations or invited contributions.

Waiver requests are evaluated by the editorial team and do not influence the peer review or publication decision.

5. Payment and Transparency

Authors receive a formal invoice after manuscript acceptance. Payment instructions are provided through official journal communication channels.

IJMR maintains complete transparency regarding publication charges and confirms that payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions or acceptance of manuscripts.

6. APC and Editorial Independence

Payment or non-payment of Article Processing Charges does not affect the peer review process, editorial evaluation, or final publication decision. Manuscripts are accepted only after successful peer review and editorial approval based on academic quality, originality, ethical standards, and relevance to the journal scope.
