Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic exposed significant vulnerabilities within global supply chains, challenging traditional operational models. This article explores the critical importance of supply chain resilience in the post-pandemic world, focusing on strategies, technologies, and frameworks adopted by organizations to mitigate disruptions. Through empirical evidence and theoretical insights from Pakistani industrial sectors, the study highlights key drivers of resilience such as agility, flexibility, digitalization, and risk management. Graphical analyses demonstrate the impact of resilience initiatives on supply chain performance metrics post-pandemic. The findings suggest a paradigm shift towards more robust, adaptive, and technology-enabled supply chains to navigate ongoing uncertainties.
