Abstract

The field of education has always been influenced by various cultural ideologies, each shaping the approaches, methodologies, and outcomes in its own context. Eastern and Western educational models differ significantly in their underlying philosophies, pedagogical methods, and societal integration. This study aims to conduct a cross-cultural analysis of these two major educational systems, examining their similarities, differences, and the potential for bridging them to create a more holistic approach to education. By analyzing the core values, learning strategies, and educational outcomes of Eastern and Western systems, this paper suggests how both models can benefit from the integration of key elements from each other. This analysis provides insights for educators, policymakers, and academic institutions seeking to foster a more inclusive and comprehensive education system.
